Second Shooter Contract

- Names of Parties to Agreement: Identifies you and your clients to clarify who is entering into the contract.

- Location: Identifies you and the second shooter to clarify who is entering into the contract.

- Scope of Work Clause: States the date, location, and duration of the contracted event, and does not guarantee any work beyond that.

- Fees Clause: Clarifies the retainer and payment you will pay your second shooter, including the manner in which you will deliver the payment, and discusses what will happen in the event of a reschedule.

- Work Relationship Clause: Reinforces the independent contractor status of the second shooter.
