Associate Hair and Makeup Artist Clause Bundle

If you have a hairstylist contract, makeup artist contract, or hair and makeup artist combined contract for your clients but need to add in a couple of clauses related to an associate hairstylist and/or makeup artist conducting services at an event (instead of you taking the lead), this clause bundle is for you! These clauses are exclusively for hair and makeup artists who have associate programs. Remember, this includes legal language that you will add to your existing client contract, and you will need to have another contract between you and the associate (which you can find under the Hair and Makeuptab in the TLP Shop).

WHAT'S INCLUDED

Three versions (for hairstylists, makeup artists, and combined HMUAs)

-one (1) "Lead HMUA at Event" clause (which describes that the associate will be the lead hairstylist and/or makeup artist at an event and you as the owner of the company will not be present, that all client experience and communication is done through your company, and more)

- one (1) "Substitution of HMUA" clause (which describes that if the associate HMUA cannot attend the event for a reason outside of their control that you as the owner will step in and if you aren't available that you will find a suitable replacement)
