If you're a CANADIAN BASED photographer who is hiring an associate photographer as an employee, this contract is for you!
This contract is what you will use between YOU and the associate photographer, and is made specifically for all of you photographers out there who want to cover all your bases when building your team and adding on associates as either part-time or full-time employees.
This contract explains the employer-employee relationship with you and the associate and includes things like a non-solicitation clause, a non-disparagement clause, a non-compete clause (YES, you can have this in an employment agreement!), an explanation of the associates' duties and your duties, use of your Company's images, the associate's compensation per hour, and much more.
NOTE: If you are hiring an associate photographer as an independent contractor you will want to purchase the TLP Associate Photographer Contract for Independent Contractors instead.
