Fitness & Nutrition Coaching Contract (pre-planned program with weekly check-ins)

If you're a fitness and nutrition online coach that does weekly check-ins with your clients but DO NOT do 1-on-1 online coaching calls or group calls, this contract is for you! This contract is suitable for the online fitness/nutrition coach who has clients pay a smaller fee for a pre-planned program and accountability system. Usually, there is an online system for your clients to pay their invoice, so this contract will be used as the Terms & Conditions upon checkout (thus, it will not need to be signed by your client and is considered agreed upon checkout). This contract will protect you from things such as fees due, no refunds, initial questionnaire and check-ins, renewal programs, referral programs, confidentiality, disclaimer of your licenses and non-medical advice, and much more!

NOTE: If you do a fitness and/or nutrition pre-planned program where your clients have 1-on-1 coaching calls and more unlimited-type access to contact you, you will want to use our Fitness and Nutrition Coaching Contract (with coaching calls).
