If you have a wedding photography contract for your clients but need to add in specific clauses related to capturing film images on film cameras, this clause bundle is for you! This is exclusively for photographers who shoot hybrid on film and digital mediums. Included in this clause bundle are clauses related to the types of film you shoot with (35mm or medium format & colored or black and white), film stock used, coloration, grain, risks of adding on film photography and unpredictable nature of film, film development and delivery, working with your film developer and shipping concerns, how you utilize film scans, edit them and add them to the client's galleries, hiring a second shooter who is not responsible for shooting film, editing and color correcting film images, and limiting liability for film travel risks and film equipment malfunction and weather risks.

If you do not have our TLP Wedding Photography Contract, this clause bundle will still work for you and we have comments on the side of the document of how to implement them into your existing contract.
