Very detailed and thorough

The Real Estate Contract is amazing. Very detailed and thorough with everything you need to outline and have in your written agreement with clients. The specifics surrounding the Limited Commercial Use clause has come in very handy when potential clients have attempted to take advantage of me, and I was able to use that as an educational opportunity.
