DISCLAIMER: By purchasing a template contract and/or document from The Legal Paige, LLC, you are not given access to Paige and no attorney-client relationship is created.

All template documents are drafted using general U.S. contract principles and are not state-specific. Our products are easy-to-use and have highlighted, editable sections with commentary on what to amend according to your business practices and local state laws. You may modify the document on your own or find an attorney in your state to help you.

Some template documents are available in Canada, have been reviewed by a Canadian lawyer, and are drafted using general Canadian common law contract principles (not for use in Quebec due to civil law jurisdiction). Thus, if you purchase a Canadian template all language in the document will be applicable to your business operating in Canada. If you need assistance modifying the document, please find lawyer in your territory/province to help you.

How This Works

1. instant download

Choose your product and "add to cart" to purchase. Upon checkout, you’ll get instant access to your contract or clause in your email inbox within seconds. No waiting around for weeks on the lawyer down the street to draft a legal document that you're not even sure is legit.

2. make your edits

Not tech savvy? No worries - next: all you need to do is open the document in Microsoft Word (OR you can even Google Docs!). Here you'll edit the document with exactly what we've highlighted for you and get insights straight from The Legal Paige on how to tweak certain clauses to your own business practices.

3. Implement Right Away

Before your next coffee break, you'll be finished editing and ready to upload your brand-spanking-new legally legit document into your CRM... which means both you and your clients are protected from all the "what ifs".

Good but Expensive

Good contract but too expensive... Should be about $250 IMO. Its hard to get together $500 especially if you're just starting out in photography!

Best contract out there!

I absolutely love this contract and my only regret is not purchasing it sooner! I used other templates in the past when I first started my business, and as soon as I saw this one, I knew they are NOT all created equal. I appreciated the instructions that came with that helped me prep it for my clients to sign.... Super easy and straightforward! Thank you Paige for creating such a solid contract and for making my life SO much easier!

Worth Every Penny: These Contracts are Solid

Previously, I'd been using a freebie contract template from the company that provides my CRM software: it was better than nothing, but compared to my new TLP contract, it might as well have been Swiss cheese with all the loopholes! As soon as I purchased and reviewed my TLP contract, I could see that it covered SOO many more scenarios than my old freebie contract did--and in wedding client relations, the devil is in the details. I feel way more protected, and now when I send contracts to my clients, I feel totally relaxed bc the contract is clear, professionally worded, and covers everything. I added some wording here and there, but honestly, other than filling in your info, client info, and event info, you don't need to do much to use these. Just save master copies in multiple places, duplicate for "working copies" and copies for each client event, and then import into your CRM or whatever you use to send paperwork to your clients. Very satisfied, will purchase from TLP again if I need additional contracts in the future.

Very thorough! I feel protected

I have two other contracts and a few clauses from Paige. My last wedding photography contract felt all over the place and while I felt it covered a lot, I wanted something legit. Paige's contract is very concise and covers everything! I feel protected and even more legit. It's the best investment you'll make for your business.

I've never felt more confident in my business!!

I was using the HoneyBook template plus a free couple clauses I found on the internet for almost an entire year, until I heard Paige say on a podcast that you should never do that 😂 I bought her contract the next day. I've known about TLP for a long time but never had the money to invest in them. But let me tell you, if you are unsure if you should go for it or not - DO IT. I'm a photographer, not a lawyer, and knowing that Paige has customized these contracts to us as creatives is incredible! Going from the HB template to this was an insane upgrade. She covers everything and more. I now feel so secure in my business and client experience after investing in this contract!
