Food Truck Contract

This template is for food truck owners that have clients hire them for food truck services at weddings/events. A solid contract is vital to have as a food truck because of the many issues that could arise with foodborne illnesses, guest count and your food order, cancellation and reschedulings by clients, and more. This contract includes clauses such as what all you include in your package (meals for x number of guests, signage/menus, tastings, non-alcoholic beverages, glassware/cups/plates/silverware, staff, etc.), fees due, final menu and guest count, food substitutions,  parking for your truck, inclement weather, unused food and beverage, and much more!

Note: If you are a mobile bar (such as a wine bar or beer cart), this contract is NOT suitable for you because it is solely written from a food truck perspective.
