Travel Advisor Contract

If you are a travel advisor who plans travel itineraries for clients and works with suppliers/vendors, this contract is for you.

This contract is between you and the client signing on behalf of their travel party and includes things such as:

- The scope of your services (flight reservations, accommodations, transportation, restaurant reservations, excursion bookings, etc.)
- Your planning fees
- Credit card authorizations, and chargebacks
- Booking reservations and vouchers
- Authorization to use personal information for bookings, airfare and airline tickets, and regulations (including luggage)
- Changes or alterations to bookings
- Third-party liability
- International travel responsibility
- Travel with minors
- Assumption of risk and release of liability
- Travel insurance, currency fluctuations
- Confidentiality, and much more.
