Fresh 48 Photography Contract
Due to the unpredictable nature of births, you've got to cover yourself as a photographer who shoots Fresh 48 sessions. Basically, you are on call for the birth to occur and then you will work with the client to schedule a session within 24-48 hours after birth at the birthing facility. Important clauses within this contract include your fees for being "on-call", how the client will inform you of when the baby arrives, birthing facility/hospital policies and location limitations, documentary style of the session, and more.
