Refund Contract
If you need to cancel your original contract with a client and send a refund to them due to an error or disagreement with your services after you've performed services, you need to send an official refund contract!
A refund contract will terminate and supersede written or oral agreements between you and the client and release you of any further obligations to your client as the company. The contract gives you options to allow you to either keep the retainer and partially refund fees paid OR refund all fees paid (there are two options under this clause depending on how you are refunding). It also includes a waiver of claims and confidentiality clause so you can ensure your client does not come back later on with issues and will keep the refund agreed upon between just you both.VERSI
