Who Should Sign This Contract

We always suggest having two clients sign the Senior Spokesmodel Contract and Senior Photography Contract:

  1. the high school Senior and

  2. their parent or legal guardian.

This is true even if the senior has recently turned eighteen. (The parent is usually involved in booking and paying.) The only exception is if the high schooler is eighteen and booked and paid for your package independently.

This contract template makes it very clear for you who should sign and where.
