Senior Photography Contract
This template is for senior photographers who photograph seniors in high school. A specific contract for senior photos is really important to have as a photographer because most of the time your clients are minors and their parent or legal guardian is contracting with you. Important clauses included are yearbook deadlines and additional rush fees for not informing you on time of the deadlines, photographing minors and agreement by the parent/legal guardian, travel fees, inclement weather (you can choose between two clause options), poses of senior, and many others that you'll need specifically for photographing senior sessions. The Legal Paige created this contract to ensure you are covered in any situation related to senior photography. It was reviewed and critiqued by senior photographer extraordinaire, Hope Taylor Photography.
