Artificial Intelligence (AI) Disclaimer Clause for Website Terms & Conditions
If you're a small business owner that uses artificial intelligence (aka "AI") technology to create any type of imagery, graphics, text, or audio for your website, this clause is a MUST to put in your Website Terms & Conditions. This is an a-la-carte that is NOT included in our full-length Website Terms & Conditions due to the choice of service providers to use AI. It will put your website users on notice that you utilize AI-generated content, but that the preliminary thoughts, ideas, opinions, and/or expertise was human created by you and that you maintain copyright ownership over such works on your website. With the growing usage of AI-generated content, you as a service provider should legally and ethically ensure that your website users know you may utilize this type of technology.
NOTE: If you need an AI Disclaimer Clause for your client contract, TLP has two options: (1) AI Disclaimer Clause for Photographers and Videographers, OR (2) AI Disclaimer Clause for Designers, Social Media Managers, Copywriters, or Other
