One (1) Lead Videographer at Event Clause: Describes that the associate videographer (as an independent contractor) will take over videography coverage at the event, and you, as the owner of the company, will not be present. Also states who will be interacting with clients, editing, and communicating.

One (1) Substitution of Associate Videographer Clause: Describes that, if the associate videographer cannot cover the event for a reason outside of his/her contract, you will step in as the lead videographer for the event.
