Good starting point but definitely check with state attorney

I was hopeful this would be a solid template for my brand videography contract, however, like the Legal Paige suggested, I had a state attorney look over it and he had quite a few changes and comments/concerns about the language. I was slightly disappointed at the cost after seeing how much needed to be reworded and re-worked and taken out. I think for the price point, you could potentially find a similar example for free or less online and then still have an attorney look at it. Just feels like I paid for something that I then had to pay a lawyer to spend hours reworking.
