As a Senior photographer, you capture a pivotal moment in those high schoolers’ lives! You highlight each graduate’s personality, celebration, and anticipation for the future.

Because Senior photography is so unique, there are special legal considerations to account for. After all, you’re working with minors (and their parents).

Our legal team carefully compiled all of the most important legal provisions we recommend for senior photographers in this contract template. It’s designed to help you avoid liability, late payments, and any potential problems when working with Seniors.

When you purchase this contract template, you receive pre-written, fill-in-the-blank PDF and Word documents. It’s complete with step-by-step instructions and helpful notes from a lawyer.

The Senior Photography Contract Template is:

- Detailed and thorough
- Quick and easy to use
- FULLY customizable for your business

We ran this contract by Hope Taylor, Senior photographer extraordinaire. All you need to do is download, modify, and share before your next Senior photography shoot!

Who signs this contract?

We always suggest having two clients sign the Senior Photography Contract:
1. the high school Senior and
2. their parent or legal guardian.

This is true even if the senior has recently turned eighteen. (The parent is usually involved in booking and payment.) The only exception is if the high schooler is eighteen and they book and pay completely on their own.

(Don’t worry, this contract template makes it very clear who should sign and where.)
