I won the dispute!

A client cancelled their elopement just over a month before their elopement date and, per the contract she signed, had to forfeit her 50% retainer. When she notified me of the cancellation it was over text message, but thankfully I also had her sign The Legal Paige’s cancellation agreement. After their scheduled elopement date passed I received a notice from my CRM that she disputed the 50% retainer she paid through her bank. Honeybook held the funds and it took about 90 days to resolve, but thanks to the cancellation agreement my client signed I won the dispute and the funds were put back in my own account! I use several contracts from The Legal Paige and they’re all fantastic!
