Associate Photo Editor Clause
If you have an existing photo editing contract for your clients but need to add in a clause related to an associate photo editor conducting services (instead of you taking the lead), this clause is for you! This clause includes language whereby your client agrees to an associate editor taking over their editing and workflow, and that you will step in should any issues arise with the associate or find a suitable replacement.
Note: this clause includes legal language that you will add to your existing client contract, and you will need to have another contract between you and the associate (which you can find HERE).
