If you're company photographs ONLY individual sessions (no weddings/events) and is hiring an associate photographer as an independent contractor, this contract is for you!  This contract is what you will use between YOU and the associate photographer, and is made specifically for all of you photographers out there who want to cover all your bases when building your team and adding on associates who are NOT employees. This contract covers the relationship with you and the associate and includes things like a non-solicitation clause, a non-disparagement clause, explanation of the associates' duties and your duties, use of your company's images, the associate's compensation (whether hourly, flat rate, or commission), culling duties, and much more. 

IF SHOOTING WEDDINGS & SESSIONS: If you are having your associate photograph both weddings and portrait sessions for your company, use THIS contract.

IF HIRING AS EMPLOYEE: If you are hiring an associate photographer as an employee, then you will want to use our Associate Photographer Contract for Employees


DON'T FORGET TO ADD IN CLAUSES TO YOUR CLIENT CONTRACT: Make sure to also add in a couple of associate clauses to your client contract between your company and the client explaining that an associate of your company will be the lead photographer. Get the clause bundle here!
