Associate Wedding Planner Contract for Employees

If you're a wedding planner who is hiring an associate wedding planner as an employee, this contract is for you!  This contract is what you will use between YOU and the associate wedding planner, and is made specifically for all of you planners out there who want to cover all your bases when building your team and adding on associates who are NOT independent contractors.  This contract is for the relationship with you and the associate and includes things like a non-solicitation clause, a non-disparagement clause, an explanation of the associates' duties and your duties, the associate's compensation (whether hourly, flat rate, or commission), and much more.
