Cancellation Contracts

If you need to cancel your original contract with a client due to you canceling as the service provider or your clients canceling, you need to send an official cancellation contract! 

A cancellation agreement will terminate and supersede written or oral agreements between you and the client and release you of any further obligations to your client as the company. The contract gives you options to allow you to either keep fees paid, partially refund fees paid, or refund fees paid (there are three options under this clause depending on how you are canceling). It also includes a waiver of claims and confidentiality clause so you can ensure your client does not come back later on with issues and will keep the termination between just you.
