Communication Clause for Wedding Planners
If you’re a wedding planner and have a contract but need to add in a communication clause, this is for you! A communication clause states your office hours, your typical response time for emails, and informs your clients that you answer primarily through email. This clause also includes specific language regarding how long your client has to respond back to you and also explains that if they do not and a 'ghosting' or complete breakdown of communication occurs then you have the ability to unilaterally cancel the agreement.
If you're a photographer, please use this Communication Clause for Photographers instead.
If you're another service-based business, please use this Communication Clause for Service-Based Businesses instead.
