Contract Addendum for Rescheduling & Associate Photographer
If you’re a photographer and are now rescheduling a wedding date AND having an associate photographer become the lead photographer for the new wedding date due to Covid-19 or some other reason, this addendum is for you!
This is an easy attachment to your existing contract that you will have your clients sign and agree to. It ensures that the clients agree to allow an associate photographer to photograph their wedding, outlines the date change for services, states the working relationship between the associate and yourself as the business owner, what fees will be credited toward the new date and when upcoming payments are due, along with so much more!
NOTE: This is only an addendum for Covid-19 photography contract purposes and is not what you would use for booking any new clients who hire an associate to shoot their wedding. You will want to purchase the Associate Photographer Clause Bundle for that purpose.
