Who signs this contract?

We always suggest having two clients sign the Senior Spokesmodel Contract:

  1. the high school Senior and

  2. their parent or legal guardian.

This is true even if the Senior has recently turned eighteen. (The parent is usually involved in booking and paying regardless.) The only exception is if the high schooler is eighteen and they book and pay for your package totally on their own.

This contract template makes it very clear for you who should sign and where.

So easy to use!

It was so easy to use! It helped ease my nerves about the legal side of my Spokesmodel team within minutes. I love that it was detailed enough that it took me some time to fill it out and make the necessary changes, but all-in-all it only took me a little bit of the afternoon to get through. It allowed me to step into this next season of my business with confidence and clarity! It upped me game and made me look + feel professional!
