I don't fit any of the previous 4 catagories, but I run an online business and have a social media presence. I'm needing to get more legit and protected!
I've worked hard to build a name for myself in the industry and now I sell online courses, have a podcast, speak at conferences, and/or do group coaching!
I'm a life coach, health coach, or motivational speaker who helps others. A true Ennegram 2 at heart and here to serve so others can live their best life!
I'm a florist, hair artist, wedding planner, makeup artist, venue owner, bartender, caterer, rental company, or other company that makes the wedding day special!
I capture beautiful images and always have my camera close by. You can catch me snapping away at weddings and giving families memories to last a lifetime!
What type of business do you own?!
I photographed my first birth, and it was INCREDIBLE, but I KNEW that my little pieced-together contract was NOT going to cut it next time. What if my next client isn’t comfortable signing a full model release? What if I don’t make it to my next birth? What if a medical emergency happens during a birth? Am I covered from medical liabilities? Thankfully, I found Paige, and she gave me EVERYTHING I needed in this contract! I feel 5,000 TIMES more confident in marketing my birth packages, because I know that my legal bases are covered.
"BEFORE I FOUND THE LEGAL PAIGE, LET’S BE HONEST – I PRETTY MUCH PIECED TOGETHER MY CONTRACT WHAT I FOUND ON THE WEB, AND JUST KINDA … WENT WITH IT..."
It would have saved me tons of headaches!! Invest in yourself and your company with these. It will be one of the best things you’ve done!"
"I WISH I HAD FOUND THESE CONTRACTS WAY EARLIER IN MY CAREER!"
My experience with The Legal Paige was amazing. Not only was it super simple to purchase & download the associate contract I needed, but it was also easy to implement & make my own! Plus I feel 100% better now that I have a legit, binding, & thorough contract that will protect me.

i truly believe contracts should be two-sided in order to hold up in court. these contracts and clauses will ensure you're protected as well as your clients.
...which means I know from first-hand experience what your creative industry contracts need to have in them. i've had sticky situations come up in my photography business and i'm here to protect you from that happening.
... that's worked for a u.S. Federal judge, is registered in the state of montana and united states federal courts, & has years of experience reading and writing contracts.
My clients have remarked how easy it is to read through their contracts and understand all that is in them. That's a huge plus for me! Paige has a way to take out the confusing and make a contract actually make sense. I've been in the creative field for over 15 years and this catalog has by far my favorite contracts and is what I use for my business now!
"Paige makes it so easy to understand where to put in all your personal information and how to add in those extra important clauses to beef up a contract I already had."
Paige made me feel like it was OKAY to have written my existing own contract, which before I was very skeptical about. And now I feel even better about it because I simply added in her additional contract clauses to my existing contract to protect myself even more.
"I now am more confident in my contract and the legal aspects of my business!"

Paige is brilliant, friends! If you're looking for a super easy, efficient way to make sure your business is covered, these contracts are the way to go! As a photographer myself, throughout my career I've constantly had to change or purchase additional contracts as my services evolve. This is a brilliant resource for creatives at any and every stage of their business! I highly recommend!"
"these contracts are a must have For Any Photographer Or Creative!"
Yes! Template contracts will work in all states. The are drafted with language that pertains to basic Uniform Commercial Code contract laws across the United States. However, The Legal Paige disclaims that you should make sure to get your specific contract reviewed by an attorney in your state if you want it to be perfectly compliant with your state laws.
Custom contracts typically take 6-10 hours to draft and the industry-standard billable hourly rate across the U.S. means it can cost $1500 - $3000 per contract. A template allows you to have the same basic contract language as everyone else in your industry, and then allows you to customize it to fit your needs at a fraction of the cost (like more than 75% less than a custom contract)!
