One (1) Lead Photographer at Wedding Clause: Describes that the associate photographer (as an independent contractor) will take over photography coverage at the wedding or event, and you as the owner of the company will not be present. Also states additional information about client communication and post-event editing.

One (1) Substitution of Associate Photographer Clause: Describes that, if the associate photographer cannot cover the event for a reason outside of his/her contract, you will step in as the lead photographer for the event. Further states what will happen if you are not available to cover the event.
