Third-Party Payor Addendum
Running a small business isn’t all about the money but it’s definitely a GREAT feeling to get paid. If you are a business owner that has any third party paying for your services (i.e. someone who is not the client you are servicing) you need the Third-Party Payor Addendum!
TLP’s Third Party Payor Addendum is an easy attachment to your existing contract that you will have the third-party payor sign when they pay for your services. It ensures that the third-party payor agrees to assume responsibility for payment, that they are not the client you are servicing, and that the non-refundable retainer applies.
What’s Included
This contract covers situations like:
- The third party agreeing to assume responsibility for payment.
