- To Whom It May Concern Clause: Gives the person holding the Print Release Form the permission to reproduce an unlimited number of high-resolution digital images from their photography session at the printing location of their choice. Also confirms that the person holding the Form can only use the images for personal use.

- Copyright and Licensing Notice Clause: Notifies that you, as the photographer, retain all copyright rights to the images and confirms that the images are licensed for personal use only. Also informs that the person holding the Form must give the photographer proper credit if images are posted to social media, and that they may not alter the images.

- Signature Line: Provides space for you as the photographer to sign and make it official!

Please note that all of our contracts, unless otherwise noted, are U.S. based and not suitable for use outside the U.S. (If you reside in the U.S., you are considered U.S.-based). If you are located outside of the U.S. or Canada, we advise consulting a licensed lawyer/esquire/barrister in your country to review the contracts, as the language will need to be modified to comply with your country’s contract laws.
