If you’re a photographer and have a contract but need to add in a clause explaining that the client wishes to keep their images private, then this product is for you. It's understandable that sometimes clients do not want their photos/images shared in any way. This clause can be used in your client contract instead of a general model release clause to ensure your clients understand you will keep their images confidential and protect their publicity rights. This document includes THREE options for you to use when your client requests privacy of their images depending on the situation (click on the 'what's included' tab).

WHAT'S INCLUDED

Three (3) Privacy of Images Clauses, including:

- An option for when clients request complete privacy of all images;

- An option for when clients request privacy on a certain type of image (such as ones with their faces in them); and

- An option for when clients request privacy of the images besides a certain number of images they agree to be used by you with their approval.

A must-have clause for all photographers!

I love having this clause available to use instead of my standard model release clause for when my clients would like extra privacy of their images. With the three different privacy level options, it's perfect for literally any scenario, and my clients really appreciate that I'm able to change the wording in my contract based on their preferences. Highly recommend this clause to all photographers!!!
