Non-Exclusive Licensing Agreement
If you’re a photographer and plan to license your image(s) to another person/business but want to retain copyright ownership in your image(s), this Non-Exclusive Image Licensing Agreement is for you. This agreement covers the rights and obligations of the parties, the non-exclusive license, payment, and more! Before you allow a company to use any of your images, make sure you're covered by using this contract!
NOTE: If you want to assign the copyright of the image(s) over to the company and give them the exclusive rights to use the image(s), then you will want to use an Exclusive Licensing Agreement.
