THERE ARE TWO OPTIONS FOR STAFFING WITHIN THIS CONTRACT:
1. Non-Responsibility of Company for Staffing Liabilities Clause: Affirms that the client is responsible for all staffing and proper licenses for their staffing.
2.Staffing by Company & Proper Insurance Clause: Affirms that Company will provide and insure and staff the pop-up food or beverage service.
-Inclement Weather Clause: Explains how service obligations or event plans may change in the event of severe weather conditions.
-General Liability Insurance & Event Insurance Clause: Requires the company to carry appropriate liability coverage, and the responsibility for other event insurance to be on the client.
- Communication Clause: Explains communication standards between the parties.
- Posting on Social Media Clause: Sets guidelines for clients to credit your work on social media.
- Company's Use of Professional Photography Images Clause: Ensures that Company has the ability to ask the photographer to use the images taken at the event.
- Model Release Clause: Allows you to use your images from the event for your portfolio and marketing.
- Safe Working Environment Clause: Promotes a danger-free work environment.
- Harassment Clause: Protects you from any form of inappropriate and harassing behavior during the contractual period.
- Indemnification Clause: Protects you from third-party legal liabilities and claims.
- Maximum Damages Clause: Limits claims to the cost of the agreement.
- Limitation of Liability Clause: Caps your liability in case of issues. Also limits the liability for exemplary damages.
