- Group Dynamics and Participant Interactions Clause: Explains that the company cannot guarantee relationships between trip participants and that company is not responsible for interactions between participants.
- Roommate/Shared Accommodations Disclaimer Clause: Explains that the company cannot guarantee compatibility between roommates if shared rooms are a part of the trip.
- Group Schedule and Meeting Times Clause: Places the responsibility on the trip participant to be on time to meeting locations for group activities, and explains what happens if a trip participant misses a meeting at a designated location.
