Makeup Artist Contract

If you're a makeup artist at weddings and events, this contract is for you.  It will ensure you and your clients are on the same page at the time of booking and includes things such as your package pricing, fees and retainer, additional fees such as early morning rates, late fees, holiday fees, assistants, etc, artistic style, use of subcontracts, warranty regarding makeup and brushes used, limitation of liability for allergic reactions, and much more.  This is a comprehensive makeup artist contract that will cover all your bases!
