Styled Shoot Contract for Organizers
If you're a wedding vendor (non-photographer) putting together a styled shoot with other vendors to build your portfolio, you should DEFINITELY use a contract with all vendors involved! This will ensure each vendor knows their roles and responsibilities, who pays for extra fees for wholesale products/travel/etc, whether monetary compensation is involved, the exclusivity of vendors, and much more. Remember, you're the lead vendor and you don't want to end up responsible for things outside of your control.
*If you ARE a photographer, use the Styled Shoot Contract for Photographers.
