If you’re a photographer who already has a contract but you need to add in a Travel Fee Clause, this is for you! This clause will be added to your contract when you need to specify what travel is included in your package price (such as within 30-50 miles of your location) and what additional travel fees will be invoiced to your client (such as a flat-rate amount or standard mileage amount beyond 30+ miles AND any lodging or per diem rates for overnight stays). Three options of this travel fee clause are included in this product, including (1) an option for standard wedding and portrait photography where you are driving to the location, (2) an option for destination weddings where you are flying to the location, and (3) an option for more adventurous-type photography if your clients are traveling in from out-of-state or you are driving a significant distance around your state.

Travel Fee Clause for Photographer

I actually really love this clause. It's pretty straight forward with no hidden...anything. Lots of clients don't see the need for travel fees but this is a great addition to the contract to have those travel costs properly covered.

It’s great!

It’s a great cause, it’s detailed because there’s 3 types of options and I love her explanation for each option!
