Family & Couples Photography Contract
There’s nothing quite so fulfilling as capturing sweet memories in your clients’ lives. Yearly family photos, anniversary sessions, and engagements make up a big portion of your work and you love it…until the sticky situations arise. Every photographer knows what it's like to have clients not pay on time, arrive late just as the sun starts to set, request RAW files (and unlimited edits), or demand you upload their photos 3 years later…
Sometimes it feels like the problems are endless. But it doesn't have to be that way!
The Legal Paige created the Family + Couples Contract to ensure you are covered in all the less-than-ideal situations that come along with documenting people’s lives. Instantly set boundaries with your clients, avoid worst-case-scenarios, and run a more legally legit business with this expert drafted, copy-and-paste template.
This contract covers situations like
- Clients asking to reschedule the session,
- Requests for additional edits and questioning of your artistic discretion,
- Ensuring you have a proper model release for all subjects in the photos,
- Clients not paying on time,
- Bad weather on the planned session date,
- Timeframe for when clients can expect to receive their online gallery,
- Clients asking for a refund for a canceled session or dislike with the photos,
- Travel costs,
- Last minute changes to the contract,
- And so much more!
